Can you look after a home that is not a rental?
Yes. Home Care is available independently of hosting, including agreed cleaning, garden work, property checks and approved repairs at family-use or vacant homes in Harare.
How are fees and contractor costs agreed?
We understand the property first, then agree the coordination scope and fee. Supplier quotations and purchases are separately approved. Extra work is discussed before we proceed.
Can you help prepare a home for hosting?
Yes. Prepare & Launch can cover a readiness assessment, furnishing and amenities advice, photography guidance, listing preparation, house rules and guest procedures. Each stage is scoped separately. You retain control of your listing and payout arrangements, and guest booking payments stay on the registered booking platform.
